# Cookie policy

> Cookies and storage used on The Craft Beer Crawl.

## Strictly necessary (always on)

`tcbc-consent` (localStorage): your cookie choices. `tcbc-age` (localStorage): that you passed the 18+ check.

## Maps and tour widgets (only with your consent)

Map embeds and GetYourGuide widgets set their own cookies when loaded. Plain links to Google Maps and GetYourGuide open their sites, where their own cookie policies apply.

## Affiliate booking links (only with your consent)

Our "Places to stay nearby" links go to Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Vrbo. With your consent we load a script from Stay22, which turns these into affiliate links and sets cookies (or similar identifiers) so the booking site and Stay22 can credit us a commission if you book. It costs you nothing extra. Without consent the links still work, just without tracking. The booking sites apply their own cookie policies once you arrive.

## Analytics (only with your consent, if enabled)

Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode: nothing is measured until you accept.

## Responsible drinking

Please drink responsibly. You must be 18 or over to use this site. Know your limits, eat, drink water and never drink and drive. Free, confidential advice: [drinkaware.ie](https://www.drinkaware.ie).
