Alefarm is closed on Monday and Tuesday and shuts at 8pm on Wednesday, and Ølsnedkeren is closed on Sunday. Twenty taps, mostly Alefarm's hop-forward IPAs, farmhouse ales, sours and stouts, with several alcohol-free beers. Officially open Wednesday to Sunday: 3pm to 8pm Wednesday, 3pm to midnight Thursday and Friday, noon to midnight at weekends. It used to brew in the basement; its beer is now brewed elsewhere and served alongside beers from partner breweries, with draft and cans to take away. It goes for a broad, interesting range rather than the biggest, and the bartenders will steer you. Open from 4pm Monday to Thursday (to midnight, 1am Thursday), 3pm to 2am Friday and Saturday, and 4pm to 9pm Sunday. Over 30 taps of beer brewed on site and from friends of the brewery, plus kegged cocktails. Open daily from noon (to midnight Sunday to Thursday, 2am Friday and Saturday). The route finishes at BRUS, near Sankt Hans Torv; buses on Nørrebrogade run back to the centre. Alefarm to Ølsnedkeren (about 800 m) is the longest leg: up Nørrebrogade, then through the side streets to Griffenfeldsgade. Optional detours: Søernes Ølbar (Sortedam Dossering 83), a lakeside beer bar on the Østerbro side about 20 minutes' walk from Alefarm; or carry on to Mikkeller & Friends (about 15 minutes from BRUS), the start of the bonus Nordvest route. **Alcohol-free and pacing:** ask at the bar for alcohol-free beers and soft drinks, and remember a half is always fine.
