## What it's known for

Taproom inside the 7,000 sq ft production brewery and winery of Grimm, five times named New York State Brewery of the Year: 20 draft lines of double IPAs, imperial stouts, sours and lagers, with a view of the oak foeder and brewhouse. Upstairs, a rooftop bar and Lala's Apizza bake New Haven-style coal-fired pies. Taproom open 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, noon to midnight Friday and Saturday and noon to 8pm Sunday; the rooftop and Lala's open Wednesday to Sunday.

On weekdays there's limited indoor bar seating until 5pm (noon on Fridays) while production finishes. Grand St or Morgan Av (L), about 5-10 minutes' walk. Grimm also opened Grimm Tavern at 659 Vanderbilt Avenue in Prospect Heights in 2026.

Check opening hours with the venue before you go: they change, especially early in the week.
