Paris had a single brewpub in 1991 and now has dozens of independent breweries and specialist beer bars. These self-guided crawls link them into three walkable evenings: from Pigalle over Montmartre to the Goutte d'Or, along Canal Saint-Martin and Belleville to the Canal de l'Ourcq, and through Saint-Germain and the Latin Quarter.
