**Best time:** Thursday to Monday; Two Chefs is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Friday or Saturday from about 1pm is ideal: Troost opens at 11am and Two Chefs at 11:30am, and both Gebrouwen door Vrouwen and Craft & Draft are open late. On Thursday and Monday, Two Chefs doesn't open until 3:30pm, so start at Troost at about 2:30pm. Craft & Draft opens at 4pm every day.
