Friday or Saturday is best: start at Forbidden Root (from noon on Saturday, 3pm on Friday) and finish on Randolph Street, where Haymarket pours until 2am. On Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday reach Goose Island before 7pm (it closes at 8pm).
