**Best time:** Friday or Saturday: arrive at Walled City Brewery for a 5pm dinner sitting (kitchen to 9pm), then cross the bridge for the Taphouse, Blackbird and Sandino's, which all trade until 1am or later. Monday–Thursday also works from 4:30pm.
