## What it's known for

The neighbourhood's flagship brewery, founded in 2016 by the decorated homebrewer Kelsey McNair and named Brewery of the Year at the 2022 Great American Beer Festival. A mid-century craftsman room of dark wood, brass and globe lamps pours a long rotating list of West Coast and hazy IPAs (Hop-Fu! is the best known) and hoppy lagers, plus guest beers, and the brewery reopened its own kitchen in 2026. Open noon to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and noon to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Just east of the University Avenue and 30th Street junction, under the North Park sign. Busy on weekend evenings; early afternoon is quieter.
