What it's known for
Single-room free house on the Water of Leith with a real fire, a ceiling of old pump clips and the biggest cask range in Leith (seven changing ales plus a regular). Open from noon daily until 11pm (midnight Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; 1am Friday and Saturday).
Partly craft: cask-led traditional local. Little or no food; children only until early evening.
