  6. Cerveteca Lisboa

Avenida de Paris 15B, 1000-227 Lisboa · Areeiro metro (green line)

Getting there: start near Martim Moniz and work north. The whole route runs parallel to the Avenida Almirante Reis and the green metro line, so you can hop a stop or two at any point (Intendente, Anjos, Arroios, Alameda, Areeiro).

LisPoa to Flor de Lúpulo (about 1.4 km) and Pravda to Cerveteca (about 1.4 km) are the longest legs. Both are gentle uphill walks; Anjos to Arroios or Saldanha to Areeiro by metro cuts them out.

Six stops is a lot. Dropping Pravda or Queen Ale still leaves a good four-stop crawl.

Several of these bars run happy hours; this guide doesn't promote drinks offers.

Alcohol-free and pacing: ask at the bar for alcohol-free beers and soft drinks, and remember a half is always fine. Eat along the way, drink water between stops, and skip a stop whenever you like. More tips.
